We assure you that the products are free from defects, perfectly functioning and complete with boxes and guarantees.

You can make a rendered within 14 days Calendar. The reasons for return can be the following: if the product is not liked, it is too big / small, it is damaged *, it does not correspond to the ordered product.

All products will have to be rendered in the same conditions as you have received them, complete with box, booklet, warranty. For no reason do you accept used or incomplete products.

*In case you had to find a defect in the products, you must arrange to give it news as soon as possible, alleging any photos of defects found at the email address resi@luxislife.store within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise (it is authentic the delivery date). 


How to make a rendered

1 -Log in to the "ORDERS" section CLICK HERE.

2 -Relatively to the order you want to make, click on "Details" and select the product to return. Next in the "Reso merchandise" section write in a detailed way the motivation and click on "Ask a refund".

3 -From the "Product Returns" section you can follow the status of the rendered, newly entered the data the state is on "Waiting for confirmation" how the state is varied by the administrative department on "Waiting the parcel" you will be able to download the "Return Bolla" that contains the data to re-ship the product. Each change of state made by the administration will be reported to the customer by an email.

The shipment of the rendered is borne by the customer and any customs expenses (All European countries except Italy) will be withheld from reimbursement.
Verrai reimbursed the cost of the item rendered net of discounts and the initial shipping expense, minus the withdrawal expenses.
The gift pack or gift kit will not be in any case reimbursed.


Method of repayment
Repayment modes depend on the mode of payment chosen at the time of order :

  • PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL : The storybook is made directly through PayPal.
  • PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD : The refund is only credited on the credit card used for purchase.

Once the merchandise arrives at our locations, and after you have checked it, you will proceed to add the amount to the customer's current account.
