Excellence is the essence of our philosophy. Every item we offer is flawless, fully functional, and delivered with its original box, warranty, and complete set of accessories.
However, we understand that a luxury accessory or watch must feel perfect for you.
For this reason, we offer the possibility to request a return within 14 calendar days.
You may initiate a return if:
• the product does not meet your expectations
• the size is not suitable (too large or too small)
• the item is damaged
• the product received does not match the order
All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including the box, booklet, warranty, and all original components.
We cannot accept returns of items that appear used, incomplete, or altered in any way.
🔍 Damaged or Defective Products
If you notice a defect or damage upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours, providing a detailed description and photos of the issue at:

(The delivery date indicated by the courier is considered valid.)
🧾 How to Process a Return
1 — Access your ORDERS section
2 — Select the order and the item you wish to return
In the “Details” section, choose the product, describe the reason for return, and click “Request a Refund.”
3 — Track your return status
In the “Product Return” section, you may follow the progress:

Awaiting confirmation (initial stage)

Awaiting package (when the Return Form becomes available for download)
Each status update will be communicated to you via e-mail.
🚚 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
For returns from European countries (excluding Italy), any customs fees will be deducted from the refund.
The refund will cover the product value only, minus:

additional services (e.g., gift wrapping)

💰 Refund Method
Refunds are issued according to the payment method used during checkout:
• PayPal
Refunds are processed directly through PayPal.
• Klarna
Refunds are handled through Klarna’s own procedures and timelines.
• Credit Card
Refunds will be credited back to the same card used for the purchase.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected at our facility, the amount will be processed according to your card issuer’s timeline.
