General Conditions of Sales (CGV) for purchases made online on the www site.luxislife.store

Luxislife.store of Consulting Society S. r.l., via Reno 30, 00198 Roma, ("Luxislife.store ") invites users to take view of the present General Conditions of Sale ("CGV") that govern the purchase of the products and the management of orders made on the site.

1.Conclusion of contract and delivery of products
1.1 Every order made on www.luxislife.store implica la conclusione di un contratto di compravendita. When the order is subject to a Luxislife.store Product, a single contract is concluded between the buyer and Luxislife.store via Reno 30, 00198 Rome ("Luxislife.store ").

1.2 Clicking on the "Buy Now" key the customer makes a binding order relatively to the objects contained in the virtual cart. Once the order is passed, Luxislife.store will send within 1 hour to the customer a confirmation e-mail of the order. The contract of sale is intended to be concluded between Luxislife.store and the customer when the latter receives the order confirmation. Where the customer does not receive any confirmation of the order within the time limit specified in this Article.1.2., the order will have to be refused by Luxislife.store and, therefore, devoid of effect.

1.3 Where the products under the order are not available for independent causes from the conduct of Luxislife.store, the latter will have to notify the customer in a timely manner. In such a case, there will be no obligation for Luxislife.store any obligation to deliver the goods ordered, except where Luxislife.store has taken on the risk of supply in relation to the products that form the order in question. In any case, where the ordered products are not available, Luxislife.store will be provided without any delay to the refund, in favour of the customer, of any sum possibly already paid.

1.4 Luxislife.store does not assume responsibility for having to search for and find from other sources not available products. This provision shall also apply to orders relating to fungible assets (for which only the type and characteristics of the products are described). Luxislife.store is obliged only for delivery of what is available in the premises and how much it is ordered to its suppliers. Luxislife.store makes deliveries all over the European territory. If the delivery time is expressed on working days, they are intended as such all those between Monday and Friday included, with the express exclusion of any holiday days.

2.Prices, shipping and delivery charges
2.1 The customer is required to pay the price posted on the product page at the time of sending the order. The indicated price is final and inclusive of VAT.

2.2 Origin shipping charges shall be borne by the final customer, except for promotions or made of the product.

2.3 By providing the best possible service we have developed agreements in collaboration with the best Corrieri in order to always guarantee quality service from order until delivery.

The shipment is Gratis in Italy for orders of more than 50 euros.

For orders of less than 50 euros the shipping cost is € 6.99.

For other countries shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, you can check the cost of shipping before completing the purchase within the cart.

To check shipping costs (all countries except Italy), just add the desired products in your cart : our system will automatically calculate the cost for your location. The cost of shipping is borne by the customer, except for any promotions in progress.

Once you have made the shipment, you could monitor your real-time shipping directly on-line in one of the following ways :

  • Clicking on the link with the number of the letter of car (AWB) you will find on our shipping confirmation e-mail
  • Recanying (after loggering) in your section "Historic Orders" and clicking on the shipping number
  • Inserting the number of the letter of car (AWB) on the sites of the respective couriers.

All of our articles leave the warehouse with the pack in perfect condition.

Delivery times are calculated from when the courier receives the parcel and split into the following categories (indicated on the card of each product) :

  • Express Shipping *, delivery in 24-48 hours
  • Standard Shipping *, delivery in 4-5 days

*In the islands the shipping times are 4-8 days. Estimated delivery times are provided on working days (weekdays).  If the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will retry to deliver a second time, subsequently the order will be kept in the courier's depots until our communication. In mountain resorts or islands there may be delays in deliveries due to bad weather or strikes. Please contact us for any changes in the shipping address.


3.Payment
3.1 Luxislife.store accepts different payment modes, in particular via the Credit Card and Paypal. Payment methods are made available directly by the system and it is not possible to change them in any way. In case you need to receive an invoice, please contact us at our customer service using one of the contact methods you find in the "Contact Us" section. The amount will be charged only when the purchase is concluded. If you return the merchandise, the amount will be recredited on the same card with which you made the purchase or on the current account attached to it, depending on the settings of your bank. Your data will be transferred in all security through the SSL protocol. Remember that the data for the invoice issuance must coincide with those entered in the billing address in your Luxislife.store account. Please note that Luxislife.store only accepts payments from internal bank accounts to the European Union (EU) and that the customer is responsible for each cost associated with the transaction.

3.2 In case of purchase made with the credit card, the charge takes place at the time of shipment of the order.

3.3 The buyer agrees to receive invoices and accredits exclusively in electronic format.


4.Uso of promotional vouchs
4.1 Good promotions cannot be purchased, they are offered by Luxislife.store under promotional campaigns and can be used for a limited validity period.

4.2 The promotional coupons may be used only once in relation to a single order, within the specified period of validity. It is possible that for the purchase of some products, the possibility of using the promotional vouters may be excluded. Promotional vouchs cannot be used for the purchase of good gifts. It is possible that the use of a promotional good will be subject to a minimum amount of expense.

4.3 The value of the purchased products must be equal to or greater than the value of the promotional good. Where the amount of the promotional good is not sufficient to cover the value of the products ordered, the difference may be paid through any of the accepted payment methods set out in the previous par.3. Promotional vouchs are not refundable in money. The promotional vouses will not be refunded should the buyer decide to return in part or completely the ordered products.

4.4 Good promotional vouters can only be used if the order is finalized, they cannot be used retroactively and cannot be transferred to third parties. Unless otherwise available to Luxislife.store, it is not possible to cumulate several good promotional vousles for the same order.


5. Right of withdrawal for Luxislife.store Products
Customer has the right to withdraw from any order that concerns Luxislife.store Products within 14 days of the date of Purchase, without giving any reasons and with any statement, provided that explicit, delivered to Luxislife.store.
The requests for withdrawal must reach the following address : info@luxislife.store. Within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise, the reimbursement of the purchase expenses incurred by the customer will be issued.

6. Information about the right of rendered

We assure you that the products are free from defects, perfectly functioning and complete with boxes and guarantees.

You can make a rendered within 14 days Calendar. The reasons for the return can be the following: if you don't like the product, it is too big / small, it is damaged*, it does not match the ordered product.

All products will have to be rendered in the same conditions as you have received them, complete with box, booklet, warranty. For no reason do you accept used or incomplete products.

*In case you had to find a defect in the products, you must arrange to give it news as soon as possible, alleging any photo of defects found at the email address resi@luxislife.store within 48 hours from receipt of merchandise (it is authentic the delivery date). 


How to make a rendered

1 -Log in to the "ORDERS" section CLICK HERE.

2 -Relatively to the order you want to make, click on "Details" and select the product to return. Next in the "Reso merchandise" section write in a detailed way the motivation and click on "Ask a refund".

3 -From the "Product Returns" section you can follow the status of the rendered, newly entered the data the state is on "Waiting for confirmation" how the state is varied by the administrative department on "Waiting the parcel" you will be able to download the "Return Bolla" that contains the data to re-ship the product. Each change of state made by the administration will be reported to the customer by an email.

The shipment of the rendered is borne by the customer and any customs expenses (All European countries except Italy) will be withheld from reimbursement.
Verrai reimbursed the cost of the item rendered net of discounts and the initial shipping expense, minus the withdrawal expenses.
The gift pack or gift kit will not be in any case reimbursed.


Method of repayment
Repayment modes depend on the mode of payment chosen at the time of order :

9. Product warranty
9.1
Offer the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. All items have a guarantee of two years from the date of delivery. All products sold by Luxislife.store are products of the best brands and complete official guarantees are provided. As a rule of law, all products are covered in the consumer by a 24-month warranty. Such a guarantee under European law must be provided by the producer (in the case of European production products) or by the importer (in the case of extra-European production products). The addresses of the National Service Centres are usually always indicated on the guarantee themselves. In case you have problems, we are always available to help you, but in no case Luxislife.store may be required to provide additional or replacement guarantees of those provided by the Official Assistance.

What is not included in the warranty?

  • There are no defects caused by negligence, shocks, improper use, tampering, voltage or incorrect installation or tear and tear.

The guarantee will be nothing :

  • If a detail of the warranty or proof of purchase is changed, altered or replaced ;
  • If the identification number or the guaranteed product is tampered with or repaired, without the prior authorization from the Technical Service.


10. Applicable law
10.1
The present CGV and the purchase contracts are governed by Italian law and in light of this must be interpreted.
10.2 For any dispute that may arise in connection with CGVs and / or purchase contracts customers will be able to activate an extrajudicial dispute resolution procedure in accordance with the requirements set out in the Articles of ts. 141 and ss. of the Code of Consumption. In the assumption that the Customer activates the above-mentioned Luxislife.store procedure, it guarantees its participation in an attempt at a friendly settlement that the user will be able to promote in front of RisolviOnline, an independent and institutional service provided by the Arbitral Chamber of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan.
